Remember a couple of weeks ago, when we mentioned that an unnamed Lower Haight eatery was seeking chefs to host pop-up restaurants on Tuesday nights?
Well, it turns out the restaurant was Rotee, and their first pop-up is tonight.
For one night only, 400 Haight Street will be hosting Delicioso Creperie, a project of Mexico City native Gabriela Guerrero. Deliciosos’s pop-up menu is slated to include sweet flavors like dulce de leche with almonds and cinnamon, and savory recipes like chicken curry and mixed mushrooms with cheese.
Of course, you can also find plenty of crepes at nearby Squat and Gobble, but there’s nothing wrong with a little competition. Especially when we’re talking about tasty ingredients wrapped in thin golden pancakes. The world needs more of those.
That’s Delicioso Creperie, popping up at Rotee (400 Haight), tonight from 6pm to 10pm. If you do check it out, report back and let us know if this creperie is indeed delicioso, OK?
