Fortunately, you can go see the real thing — mayoral candidate Leland Yee at Kate’s Kitchen — in person this afternoon.
Yee, a State Senator who also happens to be one of the 16 candidates running for mayor, invites you to swing by Kate’s this afternoon to “enjoy his company as he talks about his plans as Mayor for San Francisco.”
The meet and greet is scheduled for 5-6pm today at the restaurant (471 Haight Street).
Of course, Yee is just the latest candidate to grace the Lower Haight, following Ed Lee’s recent surprise appearance at Toronado. With just 2 weeks left until the election, will other mayoral hopefuls soon be swinging through our neighborhood? Stay tuned…
