Is Muni going to reroute the 6 and 71? Is AT&T about to install crazy ugly boxes all around the neighborhood? What’s up with the next ArtWalk?
Find out answers to these and other burning questions tonight at the Peacock Lounge!
The Lower Haight Merchants and Neighbors Association — that’s LoHaMNA, if you’re nasty — holds its bi-monthly general meeting, where all Lower Haight residents and interested parties are invited to mix, mingle, and meditate on issues of neighborhood import.
Tonight’s meeting will focus primarily on transportation and safety. Muni, parking, bike lanes, crime — you can expect updates on all that and then some. Plus, you’ll be welcome — nay, encouraged! — to ask questions, make suggestions, and get involved. It’s your neighborhood, after all.
This all goes down at the newly-renovated Peacock Lounge, 552 Haight Street, from 7pm to 8:30pm. And if you need any extra incentive to show up, we’re told the Peacock’s cash bar will be in full effect.
As usual, you can get more info, including an agenda for the meeting, over on LoHaMNa’s Facebook page. See you tonight?
