Flickr/troyholdenJust a few leftovers for you this week — but they’re still guaranteed to satisfy.

Last night around 7pm, an inbound N-Judah train derailed at Church and Duboce, for reasons that have yet to be explained. SF Appeal reports that there were no injuries, and shuttle buses served the outbound route until roughly 8:45pm, when @sfmta_muni tweeted that the scene was cleared.
Here’s the one and only photo we could find — this one from Twitter user @tristandenyer — that appears to depict a train at an unholy angle. Not sure if it’s the train in question though — if you were there, let us know!

Tonight, Wing Wings co-hosts The Greasetrap at Underground SF (424 Haight). Loads of DJs and “cheapass drinks all night” — what’s not to like?

All over the blogosphere this week was Old SF, a website that maps 150 years’ worth of historical photos of San Francisco from the SF Public Library’s Historical Collection. You might recognize a lot of the Lower Haight ones from our Lower Haight of Yesteryear series — Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3. Could a Part 4 be in the works??

Tomorrow night, D-Structure hosts a launch party for their partnership with ARKA Clothing. There’ll be a DJ, free beer courtesy of Widmer, whiskey, limited edition prints for sale, and more. 8pm to 11pm, 520 Haight St.

It’s the last Friday of the month, and you know what that means — Critical Mass. No word on the route, of course, so keep an eye out.

Finally, please feel free to vote for Haighteration as Best Neighborhood Blog (category 28) in SF Weekly’s Web Awards! We don’t love asking you to do these things, but hey, there’s a party with free drinks involved with this one. Polls close Tuesday, so vote early and often. Thanks!
