Belgian Beer Feast at Toronado Sunday

It’s back! Toronado’s annual Belgian Beer Feast returns this Sunday, promising an epic afternoon of beer and food pairings the likes of which your stomach has never seen before!

The cost is a not-insignificant $150, but the event is even less insignificant, if we may use two double negatives in one sentence.

Here’s what you get: a twelve-course meal — (apparently the eleven courses from last year’s event were just not enough!) — all courtesy of The Homebrew Chef Sean Paxton. And to wash down these bites, enjoy no fewer than twenty Belgian beers. Whoa.

While it starts at 11:30am, we’re reluctant to call this thing a “lunch,” since the marathon meal is expected to last a good five hours or so. Suffice it to say, this is probably the only meal you’ll need on Sunday. Maybe Monday too.

To make your reservation, pay by cash or check at the bar, either in advance (recommended), or the day of — though they expect this thing to sell out. So if you’re interested, get crackin’. And warn your appetite.
