This week’s weirdest ad is a real heartwarmer, just in time for the holidays!
It seems there’s a group of do-gooders out there that call themselves Los Buttermilk Gang, and they’re “here to teach you a thing or two about keeping it real.”
What does that mean, exactly? Well, apparently it means doing chores, organizing events, and counseling folks through hard times — all free of charge.
Services they proved, according to their amazing Craigslist ad:
- kicking it old school by helping elderly cross streets
- jammin’ in the park by teaching children how to ride bikes
- smokin’ mad phonics, by helping kids get on track by increasing their reading levels
- getting fresh with household cleaning services, (why pay a cleaning service when you can call us for free)
- yard sale cleanups
- yardwork
- car washes
- chaperoning field trips
- interventions
- anti suicide chats
- rock’n'bowl league setup
- clambakes
Are these folks for real? We’re hoping some reader in need of a clambake, intervention, or some “smokin’ mad phonics” will find out.
