Here are a few news stories that didn’t quite make the cut this week.
Memphis Minnies turns 10 years old this month. To celebrate, this Sunday (10/10/10, conveniently), they’re offering free food (up to $10 value) to the first 10 customers who say “Happy 10th Anniversary.” You can also get any meat by the pound for $10.
Tomorrow, a.k.a. Saturday, Robotspeak will be hosting a record release party for “The Mist Hardships,” a new instrumental album by Agents del Futuro. The fun runs from 6-9pm, and there’ll be free beer.

And finally, Eater SF notes that the price on the RNM space recently dropped from $350,000 to $295,000.
