A few events to keep you busy this sunny weekend.

Today from 5:30 – 7pm, bring your unwanted clothes, books, furniture, and other odds and ends to Duboce Park — they’re collecting for tomorrow’s gigantic annual tag sale (see below).

At 8pm, Molotov’s will be hosting an art show organized by Idle Hand Tattoo. We don’t have a ton of details, but you can expect $5 PBRs and Jamesons at the very least.

On Saturday, the aforementioned Duboce Park Tag Sale kicks off at 9am, although they’ll be accepting donations right up until the event starts. The sale is scheduled to last until 2pm, and proceeds go to park improvements.

On Sunday we’ve got a couple of fun events for ya, both of which just happen to benefit breast cancer research.

First, at 11am Toronado hosts a breakfast fundraiser for the Heavenly Posse, a local non-profit organization that raises funds for breast cancer research in San Francisco. Donations are $20, and tickets are available now through Heavenly Posse members, at Toronado Saturday from 4-9pm (ask for Princess or Stephanie) and at the door on Sunday. The menu includes scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon — you know, breakfast stuff. Plus, $1 off beers until 6pm.

And finally, from 6pm – 9pm, Hayes Valley Farm will be the site of the SF Pretty in Pink Fair, a fundraiser for a team that’ll be walking in the 3-Day for the Cure event. Expect DJs, rappers, breakdancers, a bra fashion show and auction, drag cooking show, bake sale, a raffle, prizes, and more.

For these and other exciting Lower Haight events, be sure to check out our new Haighteration calendar. And if you know of something else going on in the neighborhood, let us know! calendar [at] haighteration {{dot}} com.

Happy weekend!
