Breaking: Court Maintains Stay Barring Same-Sex Marriages
Flickr/basykes The 3-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has just granted a stay on Judge Walker’s ruling overturning Prop 8, meaning same-sex marriages will remain banned while the court hears the appeal, KGO Radio reports.
