Throughout June, shops and restaurants along Divisadero’s southern (a.k.a. better) half are participating in the I Bike SF program, offering discounts to patrons who present a bike helmet or lock key.
Some highlights include:
-Little Chihuahua: 10% off
-Ziryab Mediterranean Grill: Free small mazza with purchase of 2 entrees
-Madusalon: 10% off haircuts
-Swankety Swank: 10% off
-Madrone: $1 off drinks
Couldn’t you just grab your roommate’s bike helmet and abuse this program? Sure. Shouldn’t people who walk get discounts too? Probably. But we’re not going to dwell on those points, because for some reason we’re not feeling cynical this morning.
