You’ve probably heard the horrifying news about the woman found dead inside a suitcase floating in the Bay last week, a victim of what police are treating as a homicide.
This weekend, the police revealed that the woman, Pearla Louis, frequently spent time near Duboce and Church, and now they (and her family) are asking for the public’s help in investigating her death.

In the meantime, the family will be holding a vigil tonight at 8pm in Strawberry Creek Park in Berkeley. Obviously our thoughts are with the family, and we hope someone out there can step forward with information to help solve this tragic case.
