SF Weekly’s annual “Best of” issue is out, and a few Lower Haight venues get the nod, including:
- Little Chihuahua (Best Vegetarian Burrito)
- Madusalon (Best Curly Haircut)
- The Other Shop (Best Vintage Furniture Shop)
And some additional winners from the Readers Poll:
- Memphis Minnie’s (Best Barbecue)
- Laundry Locker (Best Dry Cleaning)
- Vapor Room (Best Cannabis Club)
- The Wiggle (Best Bike Path)
Some Lower Haight-adjacent establishments won accolades as well — most notably NOPA, which won Best California Cuisine and the Readers Poll for both Best California Cuisine and Best Restaurant (!) — as well as Chilango (Best Reinvention) and Blackbird (Best Gay[ish] Bar).
